We are a US company from Washington who provides custom products and equipment. We are looking to hire an operations assistant.
Key role responsibilities:
1. Help manage our custom projects including
2. To help in completing daily admin tasks-more on customer related assistance (creating purchase order, tracking orders, collecting payments etc.)
3. To handle chat/email inquiries and occasionally pick up the main phone line to take
1. At least College level
2. Must have at least 6 months to 1 year back-office / BPO experience
3. Must have excellent English communication skills
4. Sales experience is an advantage but not required
5. With knowledge and understanding of Task management
6. Flexible and can work Pacific time
7. Experience with Shopify/BigCommerce is a plus
Requirement:
The successful candidate must have a reliable high-speed internet (with available backup connection) and electricity and have their own computer/laptop with an up-to-date operating system.
