JOB OVERVIEW

Hello future candidate, I'm Eddea, and work with a private investment firm here in Los Angeles, California. Our firm is looking for a LONG TERM Business Development Representatives (BDR) and Sales Development Representatives (SDR). In this role you will be doing various business development activities including prospect research/list building, email prospecting, LinkedIn Prospecting, email management, etc.  This is an amazing opportunity with a stable and growth oriented company. We are looking for long-term employees who want to develop their career path and increase their income.  

Ultimately, you should be able to handle this sales role and deliver high-quality work under minimum ---------- TE: Payment is negotiable based on skill/jobs being completed. We are looking for someone LONG TERM. Job security is very important to us and we are looking for someone who we can build a team with. Again, this is not just a single job - we are looking for someone long-term to train, grow, and build with.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Some Sales & Prospecting Experience
- Excellent English written and verbal communications
- A strong interest in a career in sales & passion for learning and development
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Sales mentality: you’re highly goal motivated and competitive while also a team player
- Strong organization and follow up skills
- Email, LinkedIn, and Spreadsheet Proficiency
- Experience with any sales tech is a bonus
- Relationship Building skills
- Resilient in the face of objections and rejection
- Willingness and desire to work in a fast-paced and high growth environment
- Have a passion for sales and sales processes
- Detail-oriented
- You are good at finding ways to motivate yourself and your teammates.

YOUR ACTIVITIES WILL INCLUDE
- Help create pipeline through researching, list building,  and prospecting to potential customers
- Email prospecting and engage via LinkedIn
- Maintain a firm grasp on our value proposition and industry
- Special Projects
- Learn from seasoned sales leaders  by being a part of continuing education and trainings
- Leveraging sales tools such as LinkedIn Navigator to network with potential customers
- Achieving and exceeding weekly/monthly metrics (appointments, qualified leads, new contacts, etc.)
- Gain business knowledge through researching how different businesses operate, leadership structures, what their pain points are and challenges they face everyday
