Graphic Artist / Video Editor for a one-time project

Looking for a graphic artist/video editor who is proficient in Photoshop or other editing tools who can overlay the future vision of a property from the pictures provided where:
- the outdoor images show the property and building rooftop with solar panels all over
- the indoor pictures show indoor farming operation
- present a "before" and "after" effect
