Financial Virtual Assistant

We are looking for a Financial Virtual Assistant that can join our growing team, we are Dirty Dough a gourmet cookie company that is based out of Tempe, AZ and we are currently expanding.

General Requirements:

Available to work Full Time: Mon - Friday 8Am to 5PM MST
Must speak and write English very proficiently 
Must agree to abide by company rules
- Update click up daily
- Must be able to use the tools and systems required
- Punctual in meetings and team calls
- Clear, concise communication, always offer possible solutions when asking for help on problems

Great office/tech
- Repliable computer
- Fast internet/wifi with back up
- 2 monitors is suggested but not required

Required Skills/Tasks
- Expert in Quickbooks
- Budgets - determining when labor is too high, working on getting costs down for all recurring payments for corporate expenses and corporate stores 
- Data/Reporting we need someone to analyze sales numbers and tell us when to adjust business hours, gather and analyze data for waste management
- Work with vendors on getting low prices on ingredients
- Payroll for corporate store, corporate team and PH team
- Applying for loans with banks - proactively finding different loans/lines of credits
- Working with accountant on researching, finding and applying for tax credits like the ERTC, R&D, PPP etc.
- Work with accounting firm to file yearly taxes
- Keeping projections up to date
