B2B Appointment setter / Realtor Cold Calling

Looking for an energetic personality to call local real estate agents to see if they are open to a conversation about joining our team. Initially this role should be about 10-20 hours per week with the ability to increase to 40 hours per week if successful. Your role would be to make the initial contact and set a day and time for our Director to call the realtor back to discuss the opportunity.
