1) Strongly preferred background in Maintenance for Property Management
- Strong knowledge in Maintenance work (HVAC, Plumbing, Construction, Painting, Remodeling, Carpentry, Electrical)
- Coordinating with contractors
- Scheduling
- Communicating with tenants

2) LTR (Long Term Rental)
- List homes for rent on Zillow
- Lease renewals /pricing
- Application processing as they come in
- Evaluate tenant’s maintenance concerns and understand how to handle
- Coordinate with maintenance: pricing, scheduling with 3rd party contractor and tenant

3) STR (Short Term Rental)
- Airbnb co-host: respond to guest inquiries
- Coordination with cleaners

4) Administrative
- General research
- Acquisitions
- PowerPoint Creation
