Small Australian I.T Company requires dedicated full time Personal Admin Assistant / Customer service agent .
Your daily tasks will be :
Assist the Sales Manager with daily admin tasks, contract preparation , customer research.
Answering incoming phone calls/schedule service calls / create orders in our ERP .
Liaising with service technicians and internal staff.
Assisting with preparation of finance documentation.
Assisting with proposal documents
MUST HAVE - Fast Internet Connection, FIBRE Preferred. Close to Major City Strongly Preferred .
Experience with previous Australian/New Zealand/ Company Advantageous.:
Must have Excellent phone manner, both written and verbal English.
Must have Extremely quiet working environment .
Ability to work on Microsoft Teams , Frequent Voice, Video, Chat Sessions throughout Business Hours
Hours of Operation from 8:30AM Australian Time (6:30AM Manilla Time ) Till 5:30PM.
