Healthcare Entrepreneur Academy is a family-owned company based in the USA that focuses on the development of healthcare professionals. We are based in Orlando, FL with a mission to provide high-quality evidence-based medical and business education for licensed healthcare professionals. POSITION OVERVIEW
We teach our healthcare professional students how to start and grow their own medical practices. Our online training programs are marketing in a variety of methods and we are seeking a dynamic new team player who can help us expand our reach through new and innovative digital marketing initiatives including paid ads, social media, content repurposing, SEO, funnel building, copywriting, email marketing and more.

This means that you must have a broad knowledge base and be up to date with the latest digital marketing tools, software, and best practices. Since digital marketing is a constantly evolving field, a passion for learning and implementing and a drive to constantly improve is a must. We treat our team like family and we are fortunate to have most of our staff who have joined our team, never leave because we strive to compensate very well and create a fun, flexible work environment.

Expectations:
You must be able to speak and write fluent English.
You will be working directly with the CEO and Marketing Team to combine all digital marketing efforts into a cohesive company-wide strategy. This includes tracking appropriate metrics, KPIs, and other measurements of success to continually improve the efficiency and effectiveness of marketing programs.
You should have a proven track record of success across multiple domains of marketing including branding, social media posting, paid search, paid social media ads, driving organic traffic through content and SEO, and more.
You will work with the team to create and implement a digital marketing plan that builds brand awareness, decreases CPA, and increases revenue.
You will be working closely with other tea ---------- mbers to ensure that all marketing campaigns and content are in line with the overall business strategy and that a consistent image is maintained throughout all marketing channels.
You should know how to find solutions to day-to-day problems by self-educating and reaching out to customer support.
You must be comfortable working with a high level of independence and autonomy.
You should be able to consistently meet deadlines.
You should be a creative thinker who can clearly articulate complex concepts, strategies, and trade-offs to the rest of the team.

Salary: 95,000 PHP per month. Plus a stipend for you to purchase your own Health Insurance Coverage (HMO) of 5,000 PHP per month. Total of 100,000 PHP per month. Accelerated performance-based pay increases are available for top performers.

Paid Time Off 21 Days (Can be used for sick days, personal days, or vacation days off).

REQUIREMENTS:
Quality Communication: The candidate must be an excellent written and verbal communicator. This includes proficiency in spelling, grammar, and punctuation in ---------- munications channels could include zoom video calls, Slack messages, ASANA tasks, and/or emails.

Affinity for technology: Must also be able to use a large variety of software tools (and be very responsive) across multiple channels without losing any details. Some examples are Active Campaign, ClickFunnels, FB Ads Manager, Google Ads Manager, Website SEO tools, Integration tools like Zapier, Jarvis.ai, Hyros, Stripe, WordPress, Social Media Platforms, YouTube, google docs and more.

Team Player: In addition to working directly with the founders the candidate will also periodically work with other members of the Team and our students. They’ll need to be able to collaborate and communicate well with these tea ---------- mbers, maintaining a can-do spirit.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum of 5-7 years of work experience in digital marketing.
Minimum of 2 years experience overseeing the execution of marketing plans.
Highly creative, analytical, and with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, motivate, and ultimately convert leads to ---------- monstrated experience in developing and implementing a wide range of digital marketing strategies
Initiative-taker who can independently own and deliver on a diverse range of online marketing projects.
