Hi!! This is John!! Humessence provides personal and professional development coaching, training, and consulting for individuals and organizations. We are currently looking for an Assistant that can help us with marketing operations.

Operationalize the shared content calendar that we'll collaborate on (4 months of example posts/copy), write some simple captions that I'll review and provide coaching for, simple Canva design for social media and local collateral (lots of existing templates & Canva Pro subscription), baseline video editing skills (chopping small posts and stories from existing videos, overlaying video titles & captions, etc.), Scheduling all posts for advance review and approval through Hootsuite (I have a subscription), baseline skill for chopping audio for social media sound bytes and podcast promos (I use Audacity to edit), work with lead generation/PR colleague for best practices and refining messaging, engage with industry pages and competition for trends and new information, review engagement and vary the hashtag ---------- tail-oriented, organized, editing copywriting, and content creation.

* Proficient with MS Office Suite, Google Sheets/Docs, Canva, Video Editing, Audacity, and Hootsuite.
* Someone who loves to communicate with people through writing & language
* Persistent, aggressive and driven

* Able to start immediately.
* Able to work during 9 am - 5 pm CST, Monday to Friday
* Someone who has a minimum internet speed is at least 20mbps.
