On Page and Off Page SEO

We have a thriving and growing digital marketing agency and we need a full-time SEO person who understands ranking, and ON page and OFF page SEO to add to our existing SEO team. You should understand clearly what off-page SEO consists of and all of the main components of a basic ranking strategy. You should also have an understanding of GMBs and some idea of how they work. Plus, you should be able to absorb new information and improve yourself; we are experts at this stuff and we need you to be, too. This is a fantastic ground-floor opportunity for the right person. You must be a GREAT communicator, have a sense of humor, be able to SEE the BIG picture (and not just "do tasks") and understand that the RESULTS of your work are what matters, not just blindly following formulas. You should also be able to speak pretty good English and write a good sentences.

While we don't expect you to work on our hours all day (eastern standard time) we do expect that you will be available during OUR work week for a portion of every day. You would be using time doctor to track time, and you would be communicating via Slack and Zoom calls.. We need a solid team player, with a solid internet connection, and a good computer.
