Executive Assistant with understanding of crypto

I am looking for a virtual Executive Assistant with a positive attitude and the ability to learn quickly on the job. I’m a CMO in the blockchain space and will be relying on this person for project management, product and competitor research, meeting co-ordination, outsourcing and co-ordinating content creation, payments, and insights and reporting, as well as management of my personal calendar and appointments. As such, this person will need a strong understanding of the crypto and blockchain space, with a passion for learning about a fast-paced industry!

The job will typically entail 40 hour work weeks, and will have responsibilities in two main groups:

**Professional**
Managing email and calendar
Drafting emails and content
Booking meetings
Project management
Competitor research
Community management
Outsourcing content creation
Insights and reporting

**Personal**
Managing calendar and appointments
Booking flights and travel arrangements
Co-ordinating payments (blockchain and bank)
Personal project management

The ideal candidate:
* Expert English language speakers and writers
* Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
* Strong project management skills and understanding of tools like Monday, Jira, etc
* Strong interest in the crypto industry with a solid understanding of crypto/blockchain technology, ecosystems, and applications
* Personal knowledge of crypto/blockchain ecosystems and ability to interact with DeFi
* Strong reporting and analysis skills
* Very diligent with a high level of attention to detail (only responses that mention “DeFi” in the subject will be considered)
