About Company and Founder:
My name is Dana Lindahl and I am a serial entrepreneur. I'm the founder of Legendary Podcasts where we help our customers to get booked onto top podcasts, participate in podcast tours as well help them to produce their own podcasts. To learn more about us (and get an idea about our values and whether we synergize with each other) please do some research and read online.

As a customer success champion, you will work closely with our customers, Sales team and Customer Success Manager and ensure we make quality introductions, in addition to identifying opportunities to add value by monitoring industry changes, trends and customer needs.

About the job:
- Full-time (Monday - Friday)
- Flexible timing to fit you and the rest of the team, but we would prefer EST
- Fully Remote
- Salary between $600 and $800 USD depending on your experience

Responsibilities:
- Taking charge of customer service issues from start to finish - while working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Becoming a service offering expert - you'll be a go to resource for both customers and coworkers
- Interacting with cross-functional teams to identify areas where we can better serve our customer base through curated service offerings.
- Providing reviews and resolving issues by utilizing SOP’s
- Ensuring the conversion of warm leads at high volume by setting proper expectations, providing thoughtful responses, and clearly outlining the next steps for the customer
- Supporting Sales Team with preparing briefs for calls
- Working on Sales Team Inbox Management (Processing responses)
- Working on Sales Team Calendar Management
- Managing Pipedrive

About you:
- Detail oriented
- Demonstrable previous experience in similar jobs is highly desirable
- Reliable

- Great communicator
