Senior Visual Designer

Job description:
1. Responsible for the visual design of international products, including products’ events, new media, advertising materials, web page production, brand VI design, etc. (not limited to graphic and video design, etc)
2. Good at communication with operators, market, product and other staff, demand management, grasping demand accurately, knowing brand vision control, ensuring the quality of project landing, complete the visual plan with high quality and efficiency
3. Customize the brand design framework and specifications, and continuously improve the overall design efficiency and quality of relevant scenarios
4. Have operational thinking and know how to adjust the design direction according to preferences and behavioral data of users;
5. Other temporary work arrangements.

Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in art, design, etc., overseas study background is preferred;
2. With proficient professional tool skills, hand-painting ability, C4D, AE, PS and other skills, and a clear understanding of overseas visual preferences are preferred
3. Initiative and enthusiastic, strong learning ability, good at communicating and cooperating with others, completing work on time and with quality and quantity;
4. Have more than 3-year design experience, high aesthetic ability; attention to industry hotspots and fashion trends, financial technology background are preferred(if have);
5. Excellent communication ability, coordination ability, and positive work attitude.
