JOB OVERVIEW

I am looking for an experienced Virtual Assistant who is:

* A+ English, strong both oral and written communication skills. Our brand voice” is connected, friendly and engaging
* Super-structured and detail-oriented with a perfectionist streak, a high level of accuracy is a must in this role, because of the volume of clients and sensitive nature of some areas of the work. If small details are not your thing then this role is NOT for you.
* Excellent Organisational Skills
* Self-motivated
* Who takes pride in their work.
* Who takes ownership and get stuff done – find solution and figures it out
* Must be hyper focus with small details and has initiative to take action in every task you are performing
* Must be system oriented in every task flow (background with Monday PMS is a ++plus)
* A strong understanding of technology and various industry standard programs, but more importantly the ability to pick up and use new technology quickly, independently and without formal training. Knowledge of (or willingness to learn)

Virtual Assistant Requirements:
* i5 computer processor with at least 10 Mbps internet speed
* Must have noise-canceling headset and high-resolution webcam
* Conducive workplace
* Back-up internet and power
* Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets MS Office
* Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling Google Calendar
* Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills
* Familiar with zooUpgrade to see actual infoetings
* Excellent time management skills
* Solid organisational skills
* Stable Internet
* Punctual and dedicated



Main Responsibilities
• Responsible for our podcast process
• Admin for our Facebook page (Update header, check comments, scheduling post)
• Admin of Facebook groups: Adding clients and potential clients to groups – updating excel sheets
• Social media groups: create, edit and update weekly scheduled posts
• Follow up all questions that needs to be followed up in FB groups
• Follow up on clients for calls, office hours, events
• Set important events in FB groups
• Upload files such as (Pdf, Videos, Workbook etc.) in groups
• Report weekly engagements/stats in all groups
• Support in social media marketing (Post daily Stories in Instagram & Facebook)
• Managing the process for monthly trainings in the membership portals: personal development (Coaching with sessions), Groups
• Perform set daily, weekly, monthly tasks.
• Assist in other administrative tasks as needed.
• Organize content for our photos
• Monthly Expense reports
