Podcast Guest Sourcer

Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with the podcast producer to understand the qualities of the resource we’re looking for.
• Create effective sourcing and outreach strategies.
• Source for professionals on LinkedIn and other platforms to be featured in podcast episodes.
• Get correct email addresses using our sourcing tools.
• Organize sourced contact details.
• Compose interesting and convincing email sequences.
• Make sure that email sequences have no errors.
• Update sequences constantly depending on the campaign results.

Requirements:
• Should have good experience with either sales, marketing or recruitment.
• Must understand how email campaigns work.
• Must be familiar with email sequences.
• Has good English grammar.
• Must be resourceful and well-organized.
• Must be very detail-oriented.
• Must own a computer/laptop and must have good internet connectivity.
