OVERVIEW
One of our clients is seeking a Podcast Virtual Assistant who will be mainly responsible for editing interview pitches and creating
RESPONSIBILITIES
Edit and format pitch content
Adjust
Project managing the pitch process from start to finish whilst ensuring best practice is always adhered to
Email
Work closely and communicate with the CEO and the team, if needed
Research marketing strategies and make recommendations, if needed
Project assistance/coordination
Perform other relevant duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
Extensive background in podcast editing and assistance
At least 6 months to 1 year experience as a Virtual Assistant handling administrative responsibilities, digital marketing or related field
Must have a proven experience in creative or technical writing, blogging and/or scriptwriting
Excellent interpersonal communication, strong writing and verbal skills (English required)
Must be familiar with MS Office tools
In-home office setup including Mac or PC Computer (including webcam for tea
A fast and reliable internet connection
Detail-oriented, organized, and efficient
Extremely self-motivated with strong time management
Must be highly organized and open to a fast-paced, dynamic role
Must be focused on keeping business owners organized and supported in their role
Must be able to assist and act in a confidential capacity
Must be a "go-getter" and a self-motivated individual
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet or beat deadlines with no errors
Tech-savvy and quick to learn new concepts
Ability to anticipate the needs of others
