Honest Recruiters ASAP For Long-Term Unemployed

We are looking for a recruiter that is a creative and results driven individual. This position involves using both traditional and non-traditional resources to identify and attract talent. This is a fun easy Recruiting position that also involves headhunting.

You would be hiring Applicants that would be working for Fortune 500 companies from home. They will be working from their home office. They will have the freedom to Schedule when they want to work and how often. They have the same training as a representative that works in a brick and mortar building. This is a real job with real responsibilities. The work hours are between 8am EST and 6pm EST. The hours maybe ---------- ndidate Screening: Recruiters are responsible for screening resumes to determine which candidates meet the minimum requirements. Recruiters then move chosen candidates on to the next step in the hiring ---------- erviewing: Our recruiters are responsible for conducting initial interviews and hiring. Often times, our recruiters will also set up interview appointments between the chosen candidates and the HR Generalist.

Responsibilities :

Screening resumes

Search for job applicants

Performing phone interviews with candidates and walking them through the online sign up process via a virtual room

Administering appropriate company assessments

Type and proofread outgoing correspondence

Make and Return Calls

Interviewing and Hiring

Making recommendations to company hiring managers

Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers

Following up on the interview process status

Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved

Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process

Can you use a meeting room like,GO TO MEETING & RING CENTRAL...


Demonstrate A Good understanding and working knowledge of employment websites like
Monster, Linked In Accounts, Craig List,Indeeed etc..(Posting)

Speak and understand English

Meet weekly Goal Expectations

Staying current on the company’s organization structure, personnel policy, and sending out employment contracts

Serving as a liaison with area employment agencies, colleges, and industry associations

Completing timely reports on employment activity
