Job description
• Responsible to manage all customer enquiries on our WhatsApp Business timely
• Handling of incoming orders from various medium of customers and ensure that all orders are processed efficiently and accurately
• Assist customers to process their orders and make any amendments to the order
• Handling of administrative duties such as including designing of customised cards, collating deliveries for next few days
• Handling customer complaints and feedback, to provide necessary service recovery
• Collating and sorting of delivery orders and scheduling
Requirements
• Self-driven, disciplined and self-motivated
• Good
• Experience and knowledgeable on e-commerce (shopify, shopee, lazada, etc) will be a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
• Proficient in Adobe softwares (Photoshop, illustrator) will be a plus
• Required to possess your own computer with Microsoft applications installed for the role
• Required to have stable internet
• 6 day work week
