Gorgias Customer Service Representative

Growing eCommerce operations (shipping/customer service/inventory) consulting firm is expanding to provide customer service outsourcing to current clients and eCommerce brands

You should:
- Have experience with Gorgias (only software used)
- Have eCommerce customer support experience
- Be flexible with hours, The work volume will be based on demand - not full-time
- Be extremely proficient in English and customer service email/chat writing
- Have the ability to adapt to different brand voices
- Be comfortable representing my company as this is a service we are providing to clients
- Be able to complete basic actions in Shopify: create draft order, cancel orders, edit address


Experience with Asana, Slack, and/or Harvest a plus
