Website Developer

We are a property management company, and this is a new full-time position. We are looking for someone to develop a new website and maintain that website. Once the website is up and running this person will work on helping our site rank higher in the search engines, work with our future content writer, and salespeople.

The ideal candidate:

has a good understanding of graphic design, user-interface design, and website usability
is an energetic person with a positive attitude, is a problem solver
shows willingness to learn
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, PHP, and JavaScript
Familiarity with WordPress Development preferred or recommended ---------- ndidate Profile

You have the technical skills to manage designer and developer of the new site and love to get your hands dirty.
What You’ll Do

Be the champion for the website within the organization across all stakeholders and audiences
Set strategic direction and manage operations for ---------- and other digital properties
Facilitate website integrations between various business applications like our app and career sites.
Drive the strategy, journeys, roadmap and execution to optimize the conversion ---------- fine, measure and report out key website metrics to stakeholders on a regular ---------- fine hypothesis-driven website tests and regularly report out on results
Create amazing user-based web experiences that engage customers
Ensure website load speed and uptime, and quickly resolve technical issues
Ensure tracking process is in place to monitor success metrics and progress
