Customer Support / Creative Writer

We are looking to add a full-time customer support / creative writer to our team to help us answer customer questions via chat or ticket and update our website. Please note, this is a full-time position only. We cannot accept applicants who are working part-time or are conflicted with by other jobs. We are looking to hire somebody committed and dedicated to this role here.

Job Description:
- Answering customer tickets/chats
- Reviewing third-party product submissions
- Updating our WordPress website
- Creative Article Writing
- SEO Optimization
- Preparation of Social Media Posts
- Assisting in other projects as needed
