You would work directly for our Director of Operations. We have been in the eCommerce business for over 20 years and have offices in Southern California. You will enjoy working with us and 6 of our other Filipino tea
Your daily responsibilities would include:
1. Sending a daily report
2. Research new account requests and update ticket notes in the Zoho Desk cloud app
3. Conduct online research to fulfill orders and/or assist customers
4. Respond to customer questions via phone,
5. Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research issues and provide solutions and/or alternatives
6. If you enjoy video creation and editing you would be assigned some of those projects as well which can lead to a full-time position if interested.

Candidates with experience in customer service in any industry are welcome to apply but you must have excellent English skills (both written and oral). It’s also important that you know how to use the applications we listed below. You don’t need to be an expert, but you need to be at least familiar with most of them.
* Web research using search engines like Google, Bing, etc
* Zoho writer (they work the same as Microsoft Word and Google docs so if you know these, you can easily learn Zoho writer)
* Zoho Sheet or Google Sheets (they work the same as Microsoft Excel so if you know Excel, you can easily learn Zoho Sheet or Google Sheets)
* Gmail and other
* Communications apps like WhatsApp, Telegram, Cliq (it’s like Slack but from Zoho), FB messenger, Google Meet, Zoom, etc
* Project management software (Trello, Google Docs)
* Screen capture software (web clipper, Nimbus, Jing)
* Time management or time tracking software (TimeProof, Time Doctor, Toggle)
* Canva graphics app knowledge is a plus but not required
* Video editing applications (Camtasia or other similar) is a huge plus but not required
We’re looking for someone who can grow with us and rise from the ranks. If you have the following skill, this can help you!
* ZohoDesk (similar to ZenDesk) - a customer support ticketing software for tracking customer requests and other issues.
This is a part-time position to start
Work hours for helping with customer support issues need to be handled on weekdays.
This position is for a 4-hour workday from 8:30am - 3:30pm PST (11:30pm - 3:30am PHST / Manila time).
The work hours are a little flexible for the right candidate once training is complete.
Once you go full-time, you’ll qualify for 3 vacation leaves and 3 sick leaves after a 6 month probation period.
We honor most Filipino holidays except for All Saints and All Souls Day
The starting salary is $350 - $400 USD monthly for part-time. You’ll be paid twice a month on the 2nd and the 16th via Payoneer. We also offer annual salary reviews with raises and bonuses based on job knowledge, initiative, and attendance.
Once you complete your 6 months probation, you will get:
* 13th month
* Cash equivalent for leaves not taken once full-time
* Several Ph holidays
