We are looking for the right person with the best fit of skills. Experience in criminal law is major plus but not required.
Spanish-speaking is a major plus but not required.

Pay shall be higher than the market rate for a high-quality person. Stated otherwise, we are willing to pay you more than other firms, but we are also looking for an individual who stands out in their commitment to excellence.
