Project Manager / Assistant

We are a fun, Hollywood-based entertainment company who is growing and we are looking for someone to grow with us. We have worked with Fortune 500 companies, TV & Film, and live shows around the world.

Our current main work is creating websites for entertainment companies and producing online events. We're looking for someone who has a good handle on a project management system. The job includes tracking projects and tasks, delegating, and making sure that everything gets completed. There may be some client communication. Also, since we're a small company, this role might include other random work like research, organization, and learning new skills to aid the company. We're all wearing multiple hats. This job starts Jan 3.

Seeking someone who…
• is available to work 7am to 3pm Pacific time | Mon - Fri
• communicates well (in English)
• can use Zoom video
• is experienced with project management
• can make things easier for us so we don't have to learn a million new tools
