Looking for Customer Support For Facebook Ad Agency

Hi,

We're looking for a customer support executive to join our team.

We're a Facebook ad agency and your job would include the following

Answering client queries
Forwarding us queries that you’re unable to answer
Updating clients regarding stats and performance

All communication would be via Skype, Telegram and Whatsapp. You're not required to call the clients.

We expect you to have an understanding of Facebook metrics and campaign structures.

Previous experience with a Facebook ad agency or Facebook support would be highly preferred.
