JOB OVERVIEW

Looking to hire a Project Manager. This is a full-time, long-term position. Working hours are Monday - Friday from 9 am to 5 pm Los Angeles time.

The work is as my full-time project manager assistant as I work for a translation and interpretation business.

Role:

Project Management:
Serve as a liaison between department stakeholders and marketing experts, including copywriters, designers, web developers, and consultants
Develop requirements for each marketing project, including project specifications, timelines, and costs
Facilitate regular meetings and updates with department heads to report on project status
Social Media & Email Marketing
Maintain our social media presence across all digital channels
Develop protocols, timeline, and copy for ongoing marketing campaigns
Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns

Skills:
Keen attention to detail
Knowledge of SEO
Outstanding written and oral communication skills
Ability to multi-task
Ability to analyze and interpret complex marketing data
Familiarity with a variety of social media channels, such as Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram
Understanding of the customer experience
Highly creative in identifying target audiences and devising engaging digital campaigns

Education and Qualifications
Experience in marketing or related discipline
3+ years related experience
Project management experience
