Customer Service Representative (Local Account)

Job Description:
We are currently looking for Customer Service Representative - Associate for the Local Blended Account, who can do inbound and outbound calls plus answering email concerns.

Job Qualifications:
Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree , or at least completed 2 years in college, any field.
At least 6 months to 1 year(s) of CSR experience in the BPO industry is required for this position.
Good - Excellent communication skills.
Amenable to work onsite. ( ---------- Pasig City)
Can start as soon as possible.
