Cold Caller/Deal Finder (Real Estate)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We will give you up to 10,000 off market leads to call per month to find wholesale/fix & flip Real Estate deals! These leads may include these specific types of owners:

- Absentee
- Out Of State
- Pre-Foreclosure
- Free & Clear
- REO
- Probate
- Vacant Houses

EXPECTATIONS:

- MUST be available to work up to 40 hours per week
- MUST speak fluent English
- MUST have experience cold calling leads in the Real Estate niche for 3+ years
- MUST have experience finding MLS/Off Market deals in United States
- MUST send us back a copy of the list above showing the specific types of owners you will contact
- MUST have great communication skills
- MUST be able to work well under pressure

Pay depends on experience! The right person who does this job well will also receive benefits over time including tips, better pay, and so on.
