Customer Support Specialist & Project Manager

Looking for a talented email communicator who is strong in very strong english for both verbal and written communication; fast emailer, who has an eye for understanding video and can give feedback on video improvements. (Bonus if you are comfortable on camera too).

Your full-time commitment would be across 4 responsibilities:
Feedback on a team’s recorded video and how you can make it better
Uploading videos to our virtual tool (good internet connection)
Carry on communication with a 3rd party / customer facing both on video and via email
Comfortable on Camera/ video to discuss & talk to clients
Any previous experiences as a customer support in real estate helper or airbnb is a bonus
