ABOUT US

Off The Record Vintage is an innovative and people-focused vintage clothing store operating out of Indianapolis, Indiana in the United States (with additional operations in Columbus, Ohio and Lafayette, Indiana). We are looking for a dedicated, focused, adaptable individual to join our team. While other VA jobs might view you as a temporary source of work, we value our virtual assistants in the same way as our employees and you will be treated as an essential member of the team. You will work on a flexible/work at your own pace part-time schedule. So while the work assigned will take an estimated 20 hours/week, you can complete them on your own time (no overnight shifts, unless that works better for you). Full-time opportunities will be available in the future as well if you're interested. There will be occasional time-sensitive tasks scheduling an appointment) and morning & evening email management. There will be one to two 30-minute calls every week in addition to mid-week deadlines.

JOB DESCRIPTION AND PAY

We pay bi-weekly and on time for every paycheck! Pay will be $200/month (9,976.00 pesos). Pay will be $100 (4,988.00 pesos) a month during the training period (1st month) with several bonus payments during this time once we know how well we work together. As long as you work well in the first month, you will be paid $200/month onwards. We are patient and will work to train you to get you to that point. From there onwards, expect regular bonuses and yearly raises. We also do 13th month pay!

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Task management with Marvin application - we will train you and provide necessary resources to understand how to manage tasks on Marvin

- Email Management two times a day (morning and evening) with Hey application

- Responding to emails on behalf of owner

- Filtering out unimportant emails (guidelines and training will be provided)

- Sending a schedule link to schedule meetings

- Copy-paste description for around 45 items a week on eBay using an automated service which will save you time and energy

- Administrative Tasks placing a call, coordinating events, administrative research)

SKILLS NEEDED

-Fast Learner

-High Standard of Excellence

-Proficiency in English

-High school diploma, GED, or equivalent

-Experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role

-Proficient in Email Management

-Proficient in Microsoft Excel

-Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling

-Excellent phone, email, and internet communication skills

-Excellent time management skills

-Fantastic organizational skills

PREFERRED SKILLS

- Familiarity with E-Commerce/Fashion

- Familiarity with Academic Research
