JOB OVERVIEW

Scheduler, Client Liaison, and Administrative Assistant

· Assist with inputting orders into my loan signing service platform for clients who don’t use the platform
· Searching for notaries via the signing service platform
· Interviewing/Screening notaries once a notary has been assigned (via phone)
· Communicating with the clients/attorneys on any delays or issues (via phone and email)
· Ensuring packages are complete and files are uploaded properly
· Quality check of the loan packages once they are scanned back
· Answering phone calls and questions from notaries – being the primary point of contact during designated working hours
· Assisting with marketing files and design in Canva
· Ordering marketing materials and supplies as needed
· Keeping the CRM matrix updated and follow-up emails to prospective clients

Additional duties as assigned as I am a solopreneur looking to scale my business within the next year.

I need someone who has impeccable spoken and written English, is great with customers on the phone, and who is eager to learn!
