Head of Recruitment

Position : Head of Recruitment
Status : Full-Time
Compensation : Base Salary + Bonus (to discuss according to your work experience)
Starting Date : Asap
As the Head of Recruitment, you will be in charge of building the teams we need to carry out our clients’ projects. The teams will consist of freelancers, temporary workers, full-time employees, interns and partners (Lawyers, Accountants, other agencies,…).
Examples of team members you will be looking for include :
• Influencer Marketing Expert
• Business Developers
• Head of Partnerships
• Smart contract developer
• Graphic designer
• Digital Artists
• Lawyer specialised in blockchain-projectS
• Shopify expert…
• Translators
• PR Manager

In order to reach this goal, you will implement the following actions:
• Drafting and publishing job offers and ads
• Identifying and selecting the best talents on Linkedin, freelancers’ platforms, Job boards, social networks…
• Reaching out to potential hires
• Conducting job interviews
• Writing an assessment of the applicants
• Reporting

Being able to hire for both short term/urgent needs and long term/recurring needs is key to succeed in the position.

• Autonomy, organization, flexibility, loyalty, resilience to stress and being a quick-learner are the most-needed qualities to succeed in the position.
• You may receive simultaneous requests from several team members and for different clients. It’s key for the right applicant to be able to priorize and not to get easily overwhelmed.
• You enjoy interacting daily and keeping in touch in the long run with dozens of potential hires.
• You are fluent in English (writing & speaking). Speaking French is a plus.
• Previous experience in Hiring/Recruitment and/or Team Management is a plus.
• Any knowledge about crypto-currencies, NFTs and/or blockchain would be appreciated.
