Artist: Anime/Manga Character Design

I am looking for someone who can design original Anime / Manga Characters that will be used for commercial purposes.
This is a long-term project that is full-time employment. Unique Characters and style are the biggest factors that I am looking for. If you can draw character with cyber punk clothing styles is a plus.
