Summary


The Farmhouse Studio is looking for an enthusiastic social media manager with customer service experience.

Job Responsibilities


Content Creation & Management

In charge of the design and execution of social media campaigns

Create monthly content calendar to drive traffic to painting classes

Maintain weekly and monthly calendars to promote company brand on various local websites. (Visit Milwaukee, Google Calendar)

Schedule content publishing for ideal times

Create and distribute content on social media

Track social media engagement

Brainstorm/research/offer ideas for social media projects and opportunities


Customer Relations

1. Ability to address customer service issues relayed through social media



Event Calendar Creation and Management

1. Schedules and maintains classes in WIX

2. Tracks best performing classes and promotes/ reschedules accordingly

3. Responsible for monitoring classes that are sold out or not selling

4. Edits images for Class Calendar




Job Requirement


Skills

Working knowledge of Facebook, Instagram.

Organizational skills

Highly motivated and enthusiastic

Verbal communication

Teamwork

Ability to multitask and get several assignments done within a short time

Action oriented

Photoshop or any editing software


Education/Experience

Previous artistic or social media experience considered a plus

High school diploma or some college desired
