WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Manage the schedule and calendar for the CEO and assigned Executives, thinking ahead to ensure prompt execution of meetings, conference calls, travel, and other critically important events.
• Attend select internal meetings to capture key takeaways and action items. Be great at notetaking and track progress of action items, while holding people at all levels accountable to their commitments.
• Prepare and coordinate internal meeting agenda with any supporting data or documentation. Ensuring all parties are prepped.
• Manage assigned projects that sit closest to the Office of the CEO.
• Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders at all levels as a representative of the CEO.

Your Experience and Education
• 3+ years as an executive assistant to C-suite executive preferred; minimum 1 year required
• 3+ years of administrative project management preferred;
• Strong software application skills required including: MS Office Suite (with emphasis Excel, PowerPoint); Slack, Asana, OmniFocus, and proficiency in Adobe Acrobat a strong plus.
• Bachelor Degree (business, marketing, or finance preferred) or equivalent work experience required.

Avenir Homes is a real estate investment and management company based in the Phoenix, Arizona area. We are a smaller start-up within the co-living space that serves both investors as well as tenants. We've been doubling our revenue every 6 months since we started back in 2019 and currently oversee 90 tenants. Our goal next year is to have 200 tenants under management and manage $25 million worth of real estate assets.
