Social Media & marketing manager

I'm looking for someone to help me grow and manage my social media accounts with the direct intent of increasing sales through my online store.

I run and own a natural health store and would like to increase our brand and product awareness and increase our online sales.

I'm looking for someone with strong people skills who would be able to actively grow and manage our social media and potentially our email campaigns as well.

Tasks would be everything from posting on social media, social media outreach to grow accounts, affiliate outreach and marketing (knowledge of Magento & it's affiliate software would be a HUGE plus since I'm not familiar with the affiliate program yet), hashtag research, comment moderation, email list growth, and more.

Experience with sales funnels, copywriting, content curation, linking, social outreach, and more is crucial. If you can learn to use Canva and go some light graphic design work that would also be fabulous.

I'm looking for someone who can become a part of our team for the long-term and who is passionate about growing a business that does good in the world through helping people achieve better health naturally.

I need someone who can take over managing all of our social and online marketing efforts so that I can focus on working with one-on-on with my clients. I want our social media and marketing efforts to be brand consistent and maintain the current look and feel with what we have been doing and not turn into being overly salesy, though online sales are the ultimate goal.

I'm looking for someone who can be a bit of a jack-of-all-trades, or potentially two people who have more specific skills that can work together.

This will likely start out as small tasks until I can determine how well we work together and hopefully grow as the company grows.
