Passionate VA needed for my marketing agency

Description if of the role:
- You will be a part of HSB Media's outreach/appointment setting and lead sourcing team.
-you will qualify leads and reach out on behalf of the business and ultimately get the leads to jump on a call with us.
- There will be team meetings 3 times a week where we will go over goals for the week/month and our progress.
- Starting out, you will be paid on a per month per meeting booked basis. After the trial period, you'll be taken on full time with a premium salary. Opportunities for upside growth are available such as getting a percentage of the client's retainer + base pay.
- Attend weekly company and reporting calls.
- Communicate through AgenciFlow with the team.
