The Requirements of this Role are:

• You are extremely warm, friendly, a natural conversationalist, and instantly connect with people
• Must have a track record of setting 3+ appointments per day. Exciting, easy, stable position for a mature individual that shows up to work every day, has an enthusiastic positive focus and loves to talk
• You are a skillful communicator, and especially able to speak clearly, succinctly, and accurately
• You are authentic, trustworthy, and committed to excellence in everything you do
• You have a positive attitude and are deeply tenacious, even when faced with classic challenges of phone sales such as dialing busy numbers or hearing rejection
• You possess the ability to overcome objections in a positive and professional manner
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using apps and online tools while listening, responding and inputting data. CRM experience is a must
• Must have a clear speaking voice. Experienced appointment setters/telemarketers preferred
• DISC or Meyer Briggs behavioral report a positive for consideration
• Basic knowledge of Real Estate and or ISA experience a plus
• Flexibility to change scripts
• Fluent in English. This is a must.
• 18+ years of age
• Equipment: You must have a laptop, a headset or headphones with a built-in microphone/NOISE CANCELLING and a stable/fast Internet connection to make calls without static.
• Must have a quiet place to make calls without distractions or background noise
Compensation:
• Starting at $5 per hour US. You should be able to triple your income within 120 ---------- n you say Bonus! This will substantially increase your compensation if you’re good at what you do and that’s setting appointments.
