My company has been around since 1999 and because of our constant growth, we need to expand our team. We are very experienced working with virtual assistants. We have had many VAs over the last 10 years. My primary virtual assistant has been with me for 10 years, plus I have 56 others who work for me full time.
What are we looking for in an applicant?
We are seeking for an Experienced Human Resources Virtual Assistant who is reliable, trustworthy, detail-oriented, takes initiative, self-motivated, resourceful, problem solver, organized, flexible, and can complete tasks on time with minimal supervision. We are looking for the right person to join our Human Resources Team.
Qualifications:
A Bachelor's or College Degree in Psychology or related field is required
At least 1 year of working experience in Human Resources
Positive working attitude and observe professionalism at all times
Strong work ethic, detail-oriented, and problem-solving ability
Be able to keep all sensitive information confidential
Good Communication Skills
Good Active Listening Skills
Good Typing Skills
Excellent writing and editing skills in English.
Strong attention to detail, language, flow, and grammar.
Core Tasks:
These are the most important tasks you will do on a daily basis. You must be open and comfortable doing this for a fixed 8-hour shift / 5 days a week. We operate 24/7 and you must be open to rotational shift work.
~ Keep Organization Chart up to date
~ Help with determining staffing needs
~ Posting job ads and organizing resumes and job applications
~ Help with initial filtering of applicants (Ensuring background and reference checks are completed)
~ Scheduling job interviews and assisting in the interview process
~ Help onboard new staff
~ Manage Team’s Attendance and Productivity Report
~ Help with creating a progressive discipline policy and procedures that will provide structured corrective action processes to address undesirable employee behavior and performance issues.
~ Oversee and manage benefits and compensation (Keep track of Performance Evaluation date of the Vas, help send the PE form, and collect feedback.)
~ Process paperwork (like COE request) and review & assess other employee’s requests.
~ Create Policies (Internal policies on employee ethics, behavior,
~ Maintain and Organize employee records (Work Details and Personal details and emergency contacts for each employee.)

Miscellaneous Tasks:
Document Creation & Organization – Format Word documents, create tables, and organize styles. An example of this is formatting exercise programs (adding exercise descriptions and pics to programs).
Backup Content & Other Important Data - help the team in backing up important files.
Sales Organization & Data Collection – On a weekly or bi-weekly basis, collect sales made from offers and promotions and organize the data collected into a
Tasks Procedures – Assist in building procedures and create instructional videos about the tasks you do. This is also the way the training is done.
Software – Must have an understanding or be open to learning Microsoft Office products, Descript, Zoom, Hangout
