Job Description
Our team is growing ,We have immediate openings for Cold Callers and experienced sales professionals to join our real estate company.
What WE`RE LOOKING FOR:
A self-motivated individual with an entrepreneurial spirit and a huge hunger for success! If so we want to talk to you!
The primary responsibility of this person is to obtain/acquire real estate on behalf of our company through multiple resources and strategies.
Mon-Fri
10am-7pm EST

DAY TO DAY WORK WILL INCLUDE:

Outbound cold calls warm calls with potential sellers ( Scripts included)
Follow up with leads daily
Continuous relationship and rapport building with future and current prospects
Research track and source new real estate for the firm
Consistent communication with the seller and person via text, phone, and email
Use data to calculate the after repair value,max offer, and repair cost for potential property


THIS POSITION PAYS $ 3.00/hr
