Full-time Customer Support Representative for E-commerce

Hey there, we are a growing E-commerce company and we are looking for someone to be our Rockstar Customer Support Representative. If you have experience with working with E-commerce / DTC companies, and your English is good, you can be our full time Customer Support Rep (and become lead of CS Department if your abilities are great), and eligible for Amazing Bonuses and a great long-term career.


You Will Work on:
Replying customer tickets on our customer support system.
Solve / Discuss with your managers to solve out problems regarding package/shipping which customers have.
Maintain good communication and relationship between the company and the customers.
Helping your manager on other miscellaneous tasks.

This role is the easiest role in our company, it does not require any specialization, you will have coaches at the beginning to help you warmed up to the job and start working right away. But it is required to have intermediate or above English skills, and fundamental self-learning skills.

Skills/Conditions:
- FAST internet connection - you will be working with foreign IPs so your international connection must be strong
- Organized person is a plus
- Having experience working in E-commerce companies is a plus
