Lead Generation Specialist (seeking education companies)

Please read the instructions carefully.

I'm looking for someone to develop a database of 2,000 education companies based in the U.S. and Canada. I'm interested in the following types of companies:

INDUSTRY CRITERIA
In the education sector, such as but not limited to the following:
• Private education (private schools, private tutoring centers, etc.)
• Adult education
• Corporate training

GEOGRAPHICAL CRITERIA
• Must also be in the New York City area (5 boroughs) or within a 1.5 hour drive from Queens, NY.
• Secondary search can be in the Chicago area.

If you have trouble finding it within this area, then we can discuss expanding the region.

FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE CRITERIA
• Between $1 million and $10 million in revenue
• Not a franchise

DELIVERABLE
The project will require developing a Google Sheet with the following information.

1) Company Name
2) Website
3) Owner Name: Only looking for Founder/Co-Founder/CEO/President/Principal/Owner)
4) Owner Details: Phone (verified as active)/LinkedIn/Personal Email (not generic email)
5) Location
6) Revenue
7) Only companies with 5+ years of operation

HOW TO APPLY
• Please submit 2 leads. These will count towards the 2,000. I just need to see that you're able to source these leads.

OTHER CONSIDERATIONS
I'm also hiring a remote assistant to assist in my acquisition of an education company. If you're interested, please let me know how much your monthly salary will be. Your job will include lead generation and outreach to business owners by phone and email.
