Intake Specialist

We are looking for an intake specialist who will greet clients to ensure that they have a phenomenal experience from the ---------- nt they call. The most important aspect of the job is to show the person calling that you care. We need someone who will go above and beyond to ensure the caller receives a superior experience from start to finish. Below is a summary of the job responsibilities and requirements. Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls
- Make outbound calls as needed
- Schedule appointments
- Regularly update notes and tasks
- Other duties as necessary/assigned

Must Have:
- Must be proficient at speaking and writing English
- Attention to detail
- Strong and consistent internet connection (redundancy preferred)
- Quiet work environment
- Must be a team player
- At least 6 months experience in a high-volume call center
- Backup powerfor outage prone areas
- A fantastic personality
