Duties/Responsibilities
- Grow the network of affiliates, monitoring sales from affiliate sites, and helping with affiliate questions or concerns
- Manage the company’s external and internal affiliate programs through all phases, including brainstorming, launch, maintaining, trafficking, marketing, reporting, optimization and analysis
- Responsible for identifying, evaluating, and recruiting new affiliates to increase program distribution and interfacing with internal marketing and other team to develop and implement marketing strategies and support affiliate programs
- Negotiate and evaluate affiliate advertising agreements
- Develop business strategies to improve affiliate program
- Stay current with trends in affiliate marketing and identify new opportunities
- Establish revenue growth goals and budgets for ongoing affiliates and marketing/sales efforts

Qualifications
- Strong team management, communication, and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work with and analyze technical data
- Familiarity with affiliate marketing networks
- Proven record in negotiation and management of online media campaigns
- Experience in campaign management
- Work well independently and in a team setting
- Purpose and results-driven with an ability to accomplish tasks on deadlines
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
