Duties/Responsibilities
- Concept, create, and execute TikTok content while identifying emerging trends and activating quickly to drive innovation, grow engagement, and community size within the platform
- Conduct ongoing industry research and content analysis to stay informed and on top of trends and changes in the social content landscape
- Responsible for bringing TikTok initiatives to life through project management, content creation, monitoring, and reporting on the effectiveness of the strategy
- Manage overall TikTok analytics including daily, weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reporting on campaign performance, social interaction, and digital communications
- Responsible for data analytics and developing strategies for content creation, optimizing social channels and initiatives, increasing engagement and ROI, and building brand awareness
- Working cross-functionally with creative to ensure brand quality, efficiency, and collaboration
- Create and update the company's workflows
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of TikTok and experience in TikTok content creation
- Ability to create engaging content that aligns with brand look and feel, bring new ideas to the team, and thrive in a highly collaborative environment
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Excellent attention to detail and very organized
- Purpose and results-driven with an ability to accomplish tasks on deadlines
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and be a self-starter
- Advanced knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and their communities
