Real Estate Transaction Coordinator

Our company looking to hire a Rockstar Real Estate Transaction Coordinator for our real estate investment company.

We are growing quickly and have an exciting culture within our team

Requirements:

-2+ years of Transaction Coordinator Experience on Retail or Investment Side
-Strong analytical, multi-tasking, problem solving, verbal and written communication skills.
-Experience in strategic planning and execution.
-Ability to analyze contract details and prepare transactions, and all documents pertaining to the closing of those properties.
-Work requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to coordinate with Sellers and investors.
-Advanced MS Office Skills

Pay: $8-10 / hour + $30 / Closed Transaction

We are closing anywhere from 6 to 10 deals a month and growing fast.
