Ongoing WordPress Maintenance w/ Customer Support

We're looking to bring on an experienced WordPress webmaster with good English communication skills for a full-time long-term ---------- this role you'll be helping clients with their WordPress websites handling content revisions, adding pages, managing plugin/theme updates, and helping to diagnose/troubleshoot issues that come up.

Overview: 

This role is responsible for resolving the incoming support tickets from clients and helping the team to build WordPress websites, help troubleshoot issues, etc.

Qualifications: 
Advanced knowledge of WordPress
Ability to diagnose and identify potential issues within WordPress Admin
Ability to diagnose and identify potential issues within Hosting SFTP

Responsibilities:
Reply to client support tickets
Resolve client requests
Page content revisions
Plugin addons
Misc WordPress related tasks
Maintain WordPress core, plugin, and theme updates
Make recommendations based on client usage and services
Determine if work completed is billable or non-billable
Track hours worked per ticket
Help the rest of the team with their tasks
