Customer Care Specialist

Our customer care specialist is a freelance position that interacts with customers via telephone, email or online chat to provide support and information on company products and services. They ensure that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers problems and concerns. They are tasked to maintain customer accounts and records with details of inquiries, complaints or comments and perform other related duties as assigned.

We are looking for people with excellent communication skills including active listening. A sales or service-oriented outlook with the ability to resolve customer grievances.
