We are hiring a customer support representative for our e-commerce brand. We have procedures in place to train you and systems to ensure you will learn quickly. You will be working 40 hours a week responding to customers in a quick, friendly and helpful manner.
Responsibilities Include:
1) Responding quickly to customer's requests regarding orders and troubleshooting issues.
2) Assisting with order management
3) Communicating internally to the team when a larger issue comes up with
1) 100% english proficiency is required. You will not be speaking on the phone but we will be requiring a 30 second video submission
2) Attention to detail is important, please include the word "hashtag" in your application
3) Candidates with writing background will be prioritized but it is not a requirement.
4) Bonuses if you have experience using Gorgias, Shopify & Airtable
