Executive Assistant - Up to PHP40,000 - Permanent Work From Home

The Executive Assistant will be responsible for supporting the Head of Partnerships on affiliate and partner marketing activities through optimising current networks and by developing new opportunities with new partners at a very exciting stage of our company, as we scale the business rapidly.

To continue creating scaling the business, the Partnerships Executive role is crucial as the centre point for all our outreach activities. This is a high-impact role at a very exciting stage, as we scale the business and onboard new partners at a much faster pace.

Responsibilities

+ Identify new opportunities and manage outreach to potential and nurture existing relationships.
+ Maintain a database of brand partners
+ Analyse partnership performance, drawing insights from existing campaigns and suggesting process improvements.
+ Collaborate with external and internal stakeholders to coordinate, organise and run partner activities.
+ Report, measure and communicate channel performance on a regular basis to key stakeholders across the business.
+ Ensuring the work is delivered on time and to the requisite standard
+ Support other digital marketing activities as and when required.


Skills / Experiences

+ 3+ years of experience working in a similar roles (business development / affiliate marketing / digital marketing)
+ A good understanding of other digital marketing channels
+ A strong commercial mind, who can spot good opportunities and negotiate to get the best deal on all activity
+ Strong negotiation, analytical and implementation skills
+ High comfort with data analysis and ability to use and manipulate data to make informed decisions
+ Can confidently demonstrate use of reporting tools such as Google Analytics & Microsoft Excel
+ Understanding of customer journeys and retention, acquisition and engagement
+ Experience with CRM
+ Desirable: Experience working with US based clients
+ Desirable: Experience in working with affiliates, blogger networks, incentives & closed groups.
+ Desirable: Experience with Shopify
